Who handles the data
The controller of personal data is RYA DEV Technology SRL (“RYA DEV”). You can write to us at office@ryadev.com.
This page describes the processing that exists today. If new processing appears, for example through the contact form once it is available, the page will be updated.
What data we handle and why
If you write to us at office@ryadev.com, we handle your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, including any project details you choose to send. We use them to reply and to discuss the project. The basis is your request, before a possible collaboration, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.
The form on the Contact page is not available at the moment and does not collect data. Until then, you can write to us by email.
We do not ask for data we do not need in order to reply. Please do not send us sensitive data or data about other people unless the request strictly requires it.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or embedded content from third parties. The fonts are hosted on the site. For that reason we do not show a cookie banner.
The site contains links to other websites, for example to projects on the Projects page. They have their own privacy policies.
Who has access to the data
The data is accessible to the RYA DEV team and to the service providers who run our mailbox, only as far as that service requires.
How long we keep the data
We keep messages as long as needed to reply and to discuss the project. If a collaboration follows, we also keep them as long as legal obligations require or as needed to defend our rights. You can ask us to delete your messages, within the limits of the law.
Your rights
You can ask, by writing to office@ryadev.com, for:
- access to your data;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- deletion of your data;
- restriction of processing;
- portability of your data;
- an end to processing based on our legitimate interest (the right to object).
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
