SMART
HUB
“One school. Three perspectives. One system.”
A language academy runs on three roles that need the same information, seen differently. The administration needs the overall picture, the teacher a quick tool for the classroom, and the parent a clear view of the child's progress. We built SMART HUB to bring these needs together in one coherent product.
The administration organises
Students, parents, groups, timetable, announcements and the academy's settings.
The teacher records
Attendance, homework, assessments and feedback, straight from the classroom.
The parent follows
Attendance, results and communications for each child.

“We built around the teacher's work.”
Teachers work between lessons, with little time and a whole group in front of them. The app starts from their groups and reduces every action to the essential steps, and what they record reaches the rest of the system.
One coherent assessment flow
The grade, the photo of the work and the feedback are part of the same assessment screen, not separate tasks.
Writing assistance
The teacher can dictate, and AI suggestions use the context of the work. The final text remains reviewed and controlled by the teacher.
Interactions shaped by daily work
Attendance starts from default values, and the teacher marks only the exceptions. Local drafts and recovery after an interrupted save protect the work already done.
“Information from the classroom, clear for the family.”
For parents, school data has to become simple answers: was the child in class, how did they work and what comes next. We organised the app around these questions.
An experience organised around the child
The parent chooses the linked child and sees the information that concerns them: groups, attendance, assessments and teachers.
Context, not just a grade
Each assessment brings together the result, the teacher's feedback and access to the photographed work.
Communication connected to the school's activity
Attendance, assessments and announcements feed the parent's notification centre and push messages.
“Beyond the app: running a school.”
The web interface gives the administration control over the academy's structure: who studies where, who teaches, what has been assessed and what has been communicated.
Operational visibility
An overview of groups, the timetable, assessments and the situations that need attention.
Relationships and access
Students, families, teachers and groups are linked through a consistent data model. Access follows these relationships.
Centrally managed communication
Announcements have an audience and a publication status, and academic events can trigger relevant notifications.
Flutter / Supabase / Built-in AI / Push notifications
A single codebase supports distinct experiences on web, iOS and Android. Authorisation is enforced in the back end, and transcription and AI requests run on the server. Sending notifications is kept apart from saving academic data, so a problem with the notification service does not block the teacher's action.
